The organization has a belief upon the young generation and tends to obtain more from this energetic segment of society. There fore the organization has set up youth forums on grass root level to carry on the reform process in a judicial way. The organization regularly holds youth days and organizes seminars, workshops and other informal gatherings to mainstream and channelize the efforts of the young generation. These forums are playing their role as volunteers on grass root level and are an active force to combat natural disasters and to assist the needy people. The organization holds meetings of these forums regularly in regional offices to streamline the priorities.
